Andrew & Beulah McMullan
South West Europe Area DirectorsI live in Northern Ireland in the picturesque Clogher Valley with my wife Beulah and five children, James, Craig, Tom, Joe and Annie. We began our ministry with CEF in 2012. We established a CEF ministry in Co. Monaghan. Then in 2020 the Lord led us to take up the role of Assistant Area Directors for South West Europe, working with Stephen and Pam Garrett. In 2023 we became the Area Directors for South West Europe. CEF Britain is one of the countries we are responsible for and I am the interim National Director.
Local Workers
Local Workers organise and build a local CEF program. Working closely with local churches, they promote the work, evangelise children and train volunteers to reach unreached children with the Gospel.

Steve & Rachel Ball
Workers (East London)We have served with CEF in East London since 1997. We encourage local churches to reach out to families and children. We support after school clubs, Holiday Bible Clubs, Toddlers Groups, and run Lego® Clubs. We also offer training to local churches. If you are in an ‘IG8’ or ‘E’ postcode, please feel free to get in touch.

Eun Sook Geum
Worker (South West London)God taught that my mission group was children and I have been serving with CEF of Korea since 1989. For God showed His concern for reaching all the children of the world, I have been working with CEF of Britain as a missionary since 2003. I love the diversity of London as a mission field because it is an open door for the world mission today. I support the local churches to set up a gospel-centred and bible-centred ministry for children and train them through CEF teacher training programmes. I like writing spiritual journals, singing and visiting book shops.

Simon & Hannah Snodgrass
Workers (Central Scotland)We have been serving with CEF Britain in Scotland since 2021. We have two children, Edith and Molly and we live in North Glasgow. Simon (from Northern Ireland) became a Christian at a camp in Scotland when he was eleven. Hannah (from the USA) was called by God to serve in Europe and began her ministry in Scotland. God has burdened our hearts for the children in Scotland to be reached with the Gospel. We are involved in and organise a variety of CEF ministries working alongside the local churches.
Training
Education co-ordinators organise and teach a variety of national training courses to equip workers and volunteers to effectively teach God’s Word to children and young people.

We have served the Lord in Ireland as local workers and later led the ministry in CEF Ireland. In 2016 we began working internationally and travelled to many countries training the national leaders. Denise is also involved in writing literature for CEF Europe. In 2024 we joined the CEF Britain team as teacher trainers. We enjoy gardening, art and craft and Lego!

Alexandra Ronalds
Office AdministratorI grew up in a Christian home and came to faith as a child. I met my husband, Mark, in India where we worked for many years as teachers and dorm parents at Hebron School. We moved back to England and I am so grateful to God for the opportunity to join CEF as office administrator. I started working in the CEF National Office based in Poole in 2024.

Primrose Tshawe
Finance OfficerI live in the beautiful coastal town of Poole, Dorset with my husband Lee-Roy and our three children. For the past seven years, I have been part of the finance team at CEF Britain, a role I truly enjoy and value.
I also have the privilege of being part of the children’s ministry and worship team at my local church. I love going for walks along the coast and enjoy reading.
A verse that encourages me is 1 John 3:1: “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!”

David Cook
ChairmanI am a retired secondary school teacher with five energetic grandchildren. My wife Laraine and I enjoy travelling from Poole to Normandy, frequently staying in Bayeux, fellowshipping at the local Baptist church. I have been involved in Christian ministry for over 55 years and have been an elder at Lansdowne Church, Bournemouth since 2011. I joined the CEF Britain National Committee in 1999 and have been chairman from 2008. I am also chairman of the CEF Europe Association and in 2018 I was elected as a member of the International Board of Trustees and elected chairman in 2024.

Louis Berkeley
TreasurerI am married to Gemma and serve as Treasurer for CEF Britain. I joined the board in 2024 to help steward the charity’s finances so more children can hear the good news of Jesus. At Carey Baptist Church in Reading, I also lead the Sunday School team, which keeps my heart close to the next generation we’re seeking to reach. I’m convinced that sharing Christ with children really matters, and I’m grateful to play a part in that work.

William Randall
For over 30 years I was involved with children and teenagers in my Christian work in London, where my wife Hazel and our two sons shared with me in evangelistic clubs, schools work, camps and other activities for young people. There I joined the CEF National Committee and am glad to maintain that association in our subsequent 'retirement' in Weymouth. Here we continue to work with children in our new local church and pray that many will come to know the Lord. We also find time for a wide range of activities, including learning to sail, as the picture shows!

Paul Whalley
I came to faith as a teenager and I have served as a church elder for 18 years and a local preacher for over 30 years. I have taught Sunday School and Holiday Bible Clubs. Recently I completed TCE1 which introduced me to CEF. My wife and I are adoptive parents and are strong advocates for adoption as the means by which Christians can give children a home for good, reflecting the adoption of Christians into God’s family. I have worked in social research roles for a national children’s charity, local authorities, an Anglican diocese, a local charity and an Active Partnership.

I benefitted from CEF ministry in my childhood and I continue to be involved with CEF ministry. I joined the board to give a legal perspective as I am a solicitor with charity law and regulatory experience.
